Add Search to UT pages
After about 20 minutes of using Urban Turtle, everyone always asks where they can search. It would be nice to (at least) have the basic TWA search textbox and button on the Planning board and task board.

The basic Team Web Access search box is now available from the planning board starting with version 3.13.
