UT version 3.12. We're using scrum for team system version 3 and the sprint burndown doesn't work (showing no data). Can anyone help me to set it up?

The burndown requires that start and end dates are specified on the Sprint work item associated with the currently selected iteration. You can quickly acces this work item by clicking on the blue information icon on the iteration title.Comment

However, there is no blue information icon on the iteration title even though the associated story has start/end date.

If there is no information icon on the iteration title, it means that you cannot link a Sprint (or Release, or Team Sprint) work item type. The default mapping file for the Scrum for Team System v3 process template is tailored to the process guidance from EMC.
Accoding to their documentation, this is how you should link the Release, Sprint and Team Sprint work items depending on the iteration level:
Release work item = Project Name \ Release
Sprint work item = Project Name \ Release \ Work Stream \ Sprint
Team Sprint work item = Project Name \ Release \ Work Stream \ Sprint \ Team Sprint -
