After completing Sprint planning and clicking on the 'Commit' link the Sprint burndown was working all be it with out any progress to display. Since some tasks were moved into the 'In Progress' column, the burndown has stopped working. We just get the green swirly thing but no chart. We are using the MS VS Scrum 1.0 Template. Does anybody know how we might solve this problem?
Thanks

Does this happen when accessing the burndown from both boards? Do you end up with an error of some sort if you wait long enough?

This problem occurs from both boards. I have waited a long time but I don't get a error mesage. How long would I expect to wait for an error?

It shouldn't take that long, I believe a minute would be enough. Could I take a look at the application log files and see if there's something that could help us figure this out? By default, they're located under 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010\Application Tier\Web Access\Web\UrbanTurtle\Log'. You can send the logs to support@urbanturtle.com.

I have resolved the problem but do not know the cause. I managed to track down one rogue task that was stopping the burndown from displaying. I did this by moving the PBI I suspected was causing the problem out of the Sprint, when the burndown worked, I put the PBI back and then moved tasks out until the chart worked. Luckily I only had to move 2 items!
I then created a duplicate task and then 'deleted' the rogue task. -
