How to disable "multi-state" and "assigned to" features?

I've added your suggestions to our backlog. However, how would you change these features to make them useful to you?

Also, regarding the multi-state feature, why exactly would you like to disable it? It doesn't change the default behaviour even if there are not multiple states mapped to the columns.

If you don't have multiple states mapped to "In progress" for instance, you still see those white boxes pop-up while dragging which are unnecessary. In addition, those white boxes seem to be a bit more picky about where you drag and how you drop than previously. I have had several complaints that the drag and drop is inconsistent since that feature has been added.

Thanks for your feedback. It's true that the white boxes are a little more picky. I'll add a suggestion to improve the behaviour to our backlog.

With the new team feature the "assigned to" feature I requested above is resolved. However, it would still be nice to be able to turn off the multi-state feature (the dot) if it is not being used. Since we are not using it, people are initially confused about what it does.
