Improve performance in Urban Turtle
Performance needs to significantly improve in Urban Turtle. Urban Turtle is generally slow--refereshing listgs, updating items, drag-n-drop, etc. While the functionality is generally robust, most users in my company find Urban Turtle annoyingly slow even to the point where they want to use the Visual Studio clients to access work items. Frequent comments from users like, "The name Urban Turtle is certainly appropriate" and "Why can't this be Urban Cheetah?" The normal TFS web access is much faster compared to Urban Turtle as well.

I definitely notice an improvement in the drag-n-drop performance when prioritizing items on the planning board, but where else? The biggest issue we have been having, which does NOT seem to have been improved, is opening a work item, saving and/or closing it (even if no changes are made!). The spinning progress indicator will spin for 6-7 seconds. This makes the Turtle very frustrating to use.

I would agree. Performance for prioritization is great. The opening and closing (even without saving) is painful. Really getting there. Product Backlog definitely needs to be flawless to get engaged POs
