Need a permission model for prioritization

It would be extremely helpful if Urban Turtle somehow supported then notion that only product owners and/or scrummasters could do prioritization (i.e.update the priority of an item or do drag-n-drop prioritization).

If field-level read-only permissions are set on the prioritization field, UrbanTurtle will throw an error (show and error ialog) for those users with read-only permission instead of recognizing they don't have permission to change it and just ignore the request.
