On-Hold easily identifed
We use the Task board during our daily scrum. It would be nice it we could easily identify when a task or user story has been placed on hold.

What exactly do you mean by "On Hold"?
Urban Turtle has the option to identify tasks considered as "Blocked" by configuring the field representing this value. This feature was introduced in Urban Turtle 3.9
You will most likely need to create (or edit) a custom mapping file for your project to enable this feature. -

Perfect, I'll ask our IT department to do this.
Thanks for the quick reply! -

I don't know how familiar you are with the mapping files, so here's some information to get you started.
Please note that, by default, this feature is only supported by the Scrum 1.0 process template. But since this is customizable, you can enable this feature for any process template. Have a look at the mapping file for the Scrum 1.0 template and locate the configuration for the Task work item type under the VisibleWorkItemTypes section. You'll find the blocked configuration there, which you can replicate in your own mapping file.
For now, a task is considered blocked when any value is found in the field. The next version (3.11) will allow you to define a value to represent the blocked state. -

Urban Turtle 3.11 is now available. Check it out!
