We have an extra account name for our developers which they can use to connect to the database and development environment. So when my "normal" account name is XYZ, then my develop account name is adminXYZ. The problem is we want to give XYZ access to the turtle, but we also need to give adminXYZ access to TFS and Visual Studio. The licencing model of Urban Turtle will count this as two licences and we don't want that.
Is there a way to solve this issue?

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to determine who is actually using the user account. The responsibility lies with the user who should make sure that the proper user account is used when accessing Urban Turtle. Licenses are retained for a period of 7 days, so you should ensure that one of the user account is never used to connect to Urban Turtle. Licenses are only verified when actually accessing the Urban Turtle tabs.

For a workaround; is it possible to exclude users (user accounts) from urban turtle? That would help us out, because then we can exclude the admin accounts.

You cannot deny access to Urban Turtle for specific user accounts.
