Preserve the checked value of the "Highlight"-checkbox

As a team member I want the "Highlight"-checkbox to preserve its checked value so that I can efficiently use the Task board. The value should be preserved even if I close the browser and returns later.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Task board, choose a user in the "Assign tasks to"-drop down menu and check the "Highlight"-checkbox.
2. Click on another tab in the Web Access, e g the Planning board.
3. Return to the Task board. The choosen user is preserved but the "Highlight"-checkbox is unchecked.
