Quick data entry on Planning Bpard for "Effort" and comitted state
Can we have a button on a work item in the Planning Board to change the state to "Committed" and also the ability to enter "Effort" or "Size" directly without needing to open the work item?

This is something we have in the backlog. For now we concentrate our effort in doing new features that don't have any workaround. I will keep you inform about the status of that story.

There is a Commit link in the Iteration Panel (under the statistics) to change the state of all work items to Committed.
Effort is now in-place editable starting with Urban Turtle 3.9. -
