Rankings of the workitems in the planning board are reassigned to very high values?

The stack rank or backlog priority field is handled automatically by Urban Turtle. You should not need to refer to it. We use an algorithm which spaces out values assigned to work items in order to reduce the number of work items that need to be updated when manipulating them on the planning board.
