I can use items like @project to limit reports to the current project and @Me to limit items to those associated with me. Is there something to limit reported items to those in the current sprint?

Team Foundation Server has no concept of "current sprint". You cannot set dates on iterations. This is why some process templates define a Sprint work item type to store this information. This is also why most reports in Reporting Services ask you for dates instead of an iteration. I'm not sure how or if this can be achieved, unless all your work items are linked to a Sprint work item type.Comment
