I’m frustrated

Reprioritizing multiple work items simultaneously.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but if I multiselect some work items and drag the top one up or down in the planning board, only the top work item's priority is changed.

You are not doing it wrong, this is the expected behavior when prioritizing work items. Multi-selection only applies to moving work items to an iteration or area. We agree that this is confusing and we have something in our backlog regarding this.
