This should also not overwrite the configurations for the project types if they have been changed.

The default configuration mapping files that ship with Urban Turtle should never be edited. We retain the right to remove these files during uninstallation and replace them with new versions when installing a new Urban Turtle version. This is to ensure that the default configurations always work with the currently installed version. We sometimes change them in order to enable new features or fix bugs.

We always recommend that users copy the default files and rename them when they need to customize them to work with their custom template.
